Liam McEvoy is a University qualified professional film maker/photographer based primarily in Luxembourg. He has over 12 years of experience in visual media. Although Liam specialises in Data Management, Editing & DVD Authoring for cinema films, he also works as a portrait & event photographer/ Videographer.

His already impressive resume includes 6 years as a full-time employee of Paul Thiltges Distributions. Since 2008, Liam has worked on close to 60 professional film titles within the post-production department. Notable titles include Golden Globe nominated "The Brand New Testament", Academy Award nominated "Ernest & Celestine", the 2018 release "Mary Shelley" and Toronto International Film Festival sensation "Nuit Blanche - Sleepless Night".

Liam has recently seen success as a principal editor with Paloma Lommel's student film The Schoolboy. With over 25 selections and awards, The Schoolboy has become a festival hit, particularly in the United States, where Liam recently won the Best Editing award at the GoWest Fest in California.

As a freelance photographer Liam specialises in portrait and event photography. Some of his notable clients include Rugby Club Luxembourg, The Tube Bar, RockBox, Octans cocktail bar,

PM International and Puckers Luxembourg.

 

Liam's naturalistic style & relaxed on-set demeanor has also made him a popular choice amongst aspiring professional models such as 2-time Belgium's next top model finalist Catiia Cravo Miss Europe Luxembourg Filipaa Morena and Miss Beauty Luxembourg finalists Salomé Ferraz, & Claudia Stella.
